To help us respond more quickly and resolve your issue, please include as much information as possible in your email, such as:
- Your first and last name
- The email address you used to register (if different from the one you're emailing from)
- The race date your question is about
- Any code or voucher number you're referencing
- Order number (if applicable)
Generally, the more information you provide, the better.
