To check into your Volunteer shift on event day you will need your ID and your Volunteer Shift Barcode (QR Code).
There are a few ways to locate your Barcode (QR Code):
1) Order Confirmation Page
Immediately after registering for your Volunteer shift, you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page. On this page, you can select either Print Tickets or Print Receipt. Both options will display your Barcode (QR Code), which you can then either print or screenshot to bring with you on race day.
2) Emailed Receipt
After signing up for your shift, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Volunteer shift Barcode (QR Code). The email will be sent to the address you provided during sign-up. Open the email and either print or screenshot the Barcode (QR Code) to have it ready for race day.
3) Log in to your Spartan Volunteer Portal
- Go to the Spartan Volunteer Portal and log in using the same email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the right of the page under the "Have an Account?" drop-down.
- Once logged in, go to the My Account section.
- On the top right of the page, you can select Upcoming or All to find your Volunteer shift.
- Next to your shift, click the Print Receipt or Print Ticket tab to access your Barcode (QR Code).
You can then print or screenshot your Barcode (QR Code) to bring with you on race day.
