In 2025 the Spartan OCR Age Group category will be split into the following:
- 14-17
- 18-24
- 25-29
- 30-34
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50-54
- 55-59
- 60+

Podium Placements:
- The top 3 male and female racers in each Age Group will podium and receive Age Group medals on race day

Age Group Registration:
- To be eligible for Age Group awards, racers must register specifically for the Age Group division

Age Group Placement:
- Your Age Group placement will be determined based on your age as of December 31st

Minimum Age Requirements:
- Minimum age requirements will be strictly enforced on race day, regardless of your age on December 31st
- 14+ for Stadion/Sprint and Super events
- 16+ for Beast events
- 18+ for Spartan Endurance events

Award Ceremony Attendance:
- Age Group winners must be present at the award ceremony to receive their awards
