What types of Season Passes do you offer?
In 2025, Spartan offers two types of Season Passes to suit your racing needs!
Spartan US Season Pass
- Access to 45+ US OCR Event Weekends
- Including the following race types - Stadion, Sprint, Super, & Beast Races in 2025
- Including all heat types (Competitive, Early Morning, and Open)
Spartan Ultra Season Pass
- Access to 50+ US & CA OCR Event Weekends
- Including the following race types - Stadion, Sprint, Super, Beast, HH 4HR, Ultra and Trail
- Including all heat types (Competitive, Early Morning, and Open)
What are the benefits of 2025 Spartan Season Passes?
US Season Pass
- Entry into all 2025 regular season US Stadion, Sprint, Super, and Beast events
- Valid for registration in all heats (subject to availability)
- Multi-Lap Discount
- Exclusive pass holder gear (details coming soon) (Only valid for passes purchased before 5/31/2025)
- $100 One-Time Online Merchandise Voucher
- 1 Free Spectator Pass per event you have registered for with your pass
- Race Day Experience Package at select events
- Open Sprint Buddy Passes (valid for three 2025 Sprint Buddy Passes at $60 each for US Sprint/Stadion events in Open Heats only) (Only valid for passes purchased before 1/31/2025)
- Entry into the 2025 Trifecta World Championships in West Virginia (Only Valid for passes purchased before 10/31/24)
- Free Photo Packages
Ultra Season Pass
- ALL THE ABOVE
- Entry into all 2025 regular season OCR event weekends in the US AND CANADA
- Entry into the following race types (Stadion, Sprint, Super, Beast, 4HR Hurricane Heat, Ultra, and Trail)
- Free Spartan+ Membership (12-month membership) (Only valid for Ultra passes purchased before 12/31/2024)
- One free individual entry to the 2025 Spartan World Championship
How do I sign up with my Season Pass?
- Find an event on our website
- Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose
- When prompted, log in to your Spartan Account using the same email address you used to purchase your pass
- Select your preferred start time to see your registration discounted 100% (excluding racer add-on fees, taxes, and any admin fees). If you do not see race entry discounted, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding.
How do I use my benefits?
Ultra Season Pass & US Season Pass Benefits:

Race registration benefits:
- Your Season Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2025 regular season US events
- Your Ultra Season Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2025 US & Canada events

Multi-lap discounts:
- Can be claimed on-site only
- Additional laps are subject to space availability

Free Spectator Pass:
- Valid for one spectator per event you have registered for with your pass
- Can be claimed on race day at Spectator Registration under the pass holder's name
- You cannot preregister your spectator before race day

- Valid for pass purchases made before 5/31/2025

- Can only be redeemed through the Online Store
- Expires on 12/31/2025

Open Sprint Buddy Passes:
- Codes will be emailed to pass holders by 2/14/2025
- Share the codes with your buddies and they can enter them into the promotion field during registration
- Buddy Pass Codes expire on 12/31/2025
- Valid for passes purchased before 1/31/2025

Race Day Experience package:
- Available at select events only, access to the Member Zone and 20% off onsite merchandise
- Discount only valid for US and Canada race weekend (Canada discount is valid only for Ultra Season Pass holders)
- Cannot be combined with other discounts
- Some exclusions may apply

2025 Trifecta World Championships
- Entry into the 2025 Trifecta World Championships in West Virginia
- Only Valid for passes purchased before 10/31/24

- Receive professional on-site photos for every event you race
- A $29.00 value per event
- One package per pass holder per event

- Ultra Season Pass holders will receive a discount code to register for the 2025 Spartan World Championship
- Excludes Trifecta World Championship, Ultra World Championship, OCRW and the 100m & Sprint World Championships
- Ultra Season Pass holders will receive a discount code to register for the 2025 Spartan World Championship
Can I share my pass with a friend if I am not attending an event?
No. The pass is only valid for the person it is registered to. If your pass is used to register someone else, their order will be canceled, and your pass will be revoked with no refunds given. There is a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse.
Can I use it on Hurricane Heats?
- The 2025 Season Pass does not include Hurricane Heats
- The 2025 Ultra Season Pass includes 4HR Hurricane Heats only
Can I use it for Trail Series events?
- The 2025 Season Pass does not include any Trail events
- The 2025 Ultra Season Pass includes all US & Canada Trail events
What else do I need to know?
- Passes and discount codes will not cover any add-on or processing fees
- Racers will be responsible for paying these fees during registration
- Passes do not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat, register early to guarantee your spot!
- Your pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event
- Current or past registrations cannot be credited toward the cost of a pass
- Special races, including Charity races or those put on by Spartan's partners, may not be included or may be available at a reduced rate
- Spartan reserves the right to update or remove benefits at any time
Do you offer Refunds or Transfers?
- All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Registrations completed with your Season Pass cannot be refunded or transferred to future events or other racers
- The pass cannot be put on hold due to injury, moving, or any other reason
