Spartan Kids is pleased to offer a dedicated 800 M course designed for participants with cognitive impairments and/or physical disabilities at all US events.
To register, visit the Find an Event link and look for an event near you.
Once you select your event, click the orange Kids Race tab to go to that event's Kids Race page. There, you'll find the "INCLUSIVE HEAT" listed under the Sunday 1km OPEN registration option.

- Online registration is $25.99, plus processing fees

On-site registration (on race day) is $35.
The registration fee includes event entry, a Finisher T-shirt, an 800 M medal for the racer, and entry for a parent or caregiver, as well as an extra spectator pass.
Sports bring people together, no matter their background, race, education, or economic status.
While everyone is welcome at any Spartan Kids heat, the Special Spartans heat is designed to create a supportive environment for participants with cognitive impairments or physical disabilities, giving them a chance to shine and be included, and reminding us all that everyone has an athlete inside.
We provide a safe and welcoming space where differences are celebrated, and where children and families can feel comfortable being themselves and joining in the Spartan community.
Racers can participate with a parent or caregiver, and extra encouragement from staff and volunteers will be available.
Completing obstacles is encouraged but not required.
If you would like additional support or accommodations for your racer, please speak with a Kids Staff member before the event starts. (You can find a staff member at the Kids Start Line, Kids Finish Line, or around the Kids Festival and Kids Course.)
