1km Kids Race (Half a Mile) course of varied terrain including crawls under or through obstacles climbs over mud hills, nets and walls, balance beams, modified spear throws, and natural obstacles.
1.5km Kids Race (Approximately One Mile) course includes all obstacles of the Half Mile Course with added mileage on varied terrain including added obstacles such as a heavy carry, traverse wall, inverted wall, and slip wall.
3km (Approximately 2 miles) non-competitive course includes all the obstacles of the Half Mile and Mile course with added mileage on varied terrain, additional mud, heavy carries, rope climb, and 7’ walls.
3km (Approximately 2 miles) Competitive course is the non-competitive course with the addition of mandatory obstacle attempts and 15 burpee penalties. First, three male and female finishers receive awards and a podium ceremony.
