Online Store: I only received part of my order

In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate boxes. This will occur if an order includes pre-orders or backorders, or if items can't be shipped together.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation for each individual package, along with a tracking number and invoice. If you find that a package is missing items on your invoice, please reach out to us at Shop@Spartan.com detailing the issue.
