Spartan uses multiple warehouses for merchandise, so it is possible that your items shipped from different locations.
Your shipping email will list all items in the order, and the first tracking number generated. If you received the first part of your order, please allow three additional business days for the rest of your order to arrive, as it may be on the way from a different location. For orders outside the US, please allow an additional week, as orders do take longer to process through customs.
You will only receive the tracking number for the first package via email. To view additional tracking information:
- Log into your Spartan Account.
- From the drop down menu in the top right corner, select Orders.
- Click the order number.
- Click Track Shipment for any missing items.
