How do I change my Start Time?

You've registered for a race but would like to change to a different time block, this article will outline that process. 

To change your start time within your current time block:

  1. Log into your Spartan Account (if you need help logging in, please click here). 
  2. Click your profile button in the top right, then select Events
  3. Choose the race you would like to change times for. 
  4. Click the 3 dots on the right and select Change Information.
  5. Then click Edit. 
  6. Scroll down to "Team & wave time".
  7. Select your new desired start time from the drop down menu: please note, you will not be able to select times that are sold out. Screen_Shot_2020-06-03_at_3.04.55_PM.png
  8. Scroll down and click "Update Information".

Please note: If you are running with a team, your team members will be grouped together within the preferred Morning time that the majority of the team chose. Morning and Afternoon teammates will not be combined into a single time. Specific start times ARE NOT guaranteed.

To change to a different time block (Elite, Age Group, Morning, or Afternoon):

    1. Log into your Spartan Account (if you need help logging in, please click here). 
    2. Click your profile button in the top right, then select Events.
    3. Choose the race you would like to change times for. 
    4. Click the 3 dots on the right and then click Upgrade Ticket.
    5. Click Edit
    6. Select the new time block you would like to change to. Please note, you will only be able to move into a time block that is not sold out, no exceptions. TS_ime_Change_4.png
    7. After you choose your new time block, you'll get a screen confirming the charges (if any). If you are changing into an Open Heat (Morning or Afternoon), you will have the option to select a new preferred start time. Just remember, these times are just a preference, not a guarantee. Official start times are posted about 10-14 days prior to race day. 
    8. You will be responsible for paying in difference in price between the price you paid for your current start time and the current cost of the new start time. There will also be a small Service Fee added to your order for online processing. You will not be refunded if you choose to move from a higher priced time block to a lower priced time block. 

 

TRAIL Events: Changing to a Different Time Block or Category

  1. Log into My Events at Active.com (you must use the same email used during registration)

  2. Locate the Registration you would like to change

  3. Choose "Change Category" 
    Please note, you will only be able to transfer to a category that is open/not sold out.

  4. Select the NEW category you'd like

  5. Click Continue and fill out the requested form
  6. Click Continue and Review the Order Details
    Please note, racers will be responsible for any price difference when completing category changes.
  7. Complete your Order
