Online Store: Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from that are still in the condition you received them may be returned or exchanged within 31 days of receiving your order. You may begin the return process by confirming the following:

  1. Check the date of your order to ensure that it is within this 31 day period.
  2. Ensure that the item is unworn/undamaged and has the original price tag and packaging. 
  3. Confirm that you have the original invoice or the order number.

Items that meet these requirements may be returned for a full refund including the original shipping fee, or an exchange in size only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an exchange or refund please email the following to

  1. Your order number. 
  2. The item or items being returned.
  3. The exchange size needed, if applicable.
  4. A photo of any items with a value of over $50.

Purchases made with a Volunteer credit or discount code can only be exchanged for a different size. Promotional items, such as Trifecta Pass and Season Pass tees, cannot be exchanged. Items purchased on race day cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to reship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc. (please make sure to include pictures for these items when emailing in). Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
