Online Store: Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from shop.spartan.com that are still in the condition you received them may be returned or exchanged within 31 days of receiving your order. You may begin the return process by confirming the following:

  1. Check the date of your order to ensure that it is within this 31 day period.
  2. Ensure that the item is unworn/undamaged and have the original price tag and packaging. 
  3. Confirm that you have the original invoice or the order number.

Items that meet these requirements may be returned for a full refund including the original shipping fee, or an exchanged in size only. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. To initiate an exchange or refund please email the following to shop@spartan.com:

  1. Your order number. 
  2. The item or items being returned.
  3. The exchange size needed, if applicable.
  4. A photo of any items with a value of over $50.

Purchases made with a Volunteer credit or discount code can only be exchanges for a different size. Promotional items, such as Trifecta Pass and Season Pass tees, cannot be exchanged. 

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to reship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc. Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
