Race distance breakdown- Half Mile, One Mile, Two Mile, and Two Mile Competitive.

Half a Mile of varied terrain including crawls under or through obstacles climbs over mud hills, nets and walls, balance beams,  modified spear throws, and natural obstacles.

One Mile includes all obstacles of the Half Mile Course with added mileage on varied terrain including added obstacles such as a heavy carry, traverse wall, inverted wall, and slip wall.

Two Mile non-competitive course includes all the obstacles of the Half Mile and Mile course with added mileage on varied terrain, additional mud, heavy carries, rope climb, and 7’ walls.

Two Mile Competitive is the Two Mile course with the addition of mandatory obstacle attempts and 15 burpee penalties. First, three male and female finishers receive awards and a podium ceremony.
