Online Store: Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from Spartan.com that are still in the condition you received them may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of receiving your order. You may begin the return process by confirming the following:

  1. Check the date of your order to ensure that it is within this 45 day period.
  2. Ensure that the item is unworn/undamaged and has the original price tag and packaging. 

Purchases that meet these requirements may be returned for a refund or an exchange in size. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning for a refund. Initial shipping and tax costs are not refundable.  US Returns and exchanges can be initiated directly from the Returns Center

Purchases made with a Volunteer credit or discount code can only be exchanged for a different size. Promotional items, such as Trifecta Pass and Season Pass tees, cannot be exchanged. Items purchased on race day cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to reship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc. (please make sure to include pictures for these items when emailing in). Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
