What is the Trifecta Pass?

Entry to 1 Sprint, 1 Super, and 1 Beast (2023 US races only) for one price.

Why should I get one, what are the benefits?

2023 Trifecta Pass Includes: 

• Entry to 1 Sprint, 1 Super, and 1 Beast (2023 US races only)
  • Not valid for Kids, Trail, Ultra, Hurricane Heats, or Agoge
• Valid for all heat times
• $100 credit to redeem your 2023 exclusive pass holder gear
  • Gain access to the exclusive collection only the most elite Spartans can shop
  • Gear is available for redemption on or before Nov. 1, 2022
•  Passholders will also receive a separate $50 merch discount to be used on any one-time merchandise purchase
  • Valid only for a one-time purchase up until Dec. 31, 2023

How do I use my pass?

Using your 2023 Trifecta Pass to sign up for races is easy. Just follow the steps below: 

1. Log into your Spartan Tickets account using the same email address you used to purchase the pass (This is important). 
2. Locate "My Passes" and look for the active code (contains the prefix USTRIFECTA).
         This code can also be found on the receipt for your pass purchase. 
3. Go to the Spartan website and select the race you want to sign up for. 
4. Click "Register Now" and proceed through the registration flow. 
5. Enter your passcode in the Promo Code box.
6. Once applied, the 100% discount should be reflected, leaving only the racer add-on fees and processing fees.
7. If you do not see the discount applied, please do NOT complete the transaction and contact Spartan customer service.

How do I use my benefits?

Trifecta Pass Membership benefits are easy to use: 

• Race registration benefits can be used immediately upon purchase for open 2023 events, as noted above (How do I sign up with my new pass?)
• Free Spectator Pass can be used for one spectator to enter the festival area per event
  • This can be claimed by you or your guest on race day at Spectator Registration
  • The pass will be under your name (the racer)
  • You do not need to pre-register for this pass. One is automatically added to your registration when you sign up with the pass.
• Promotional clothing items can be ordered from the Trifecta Pass Gear collection page using your $100 gear credit. 
• Spartan+ Membership Discount information will be sent to you via email once you purchase your 2023 Trifecta Pass
• $100 credit to redeem pass gear
  • $100 Credit will be delivered by email with information on how to redeem it
  • Gear redemption will begin when our first inventory shipment arrives in early November. We will send dedicated communication once the redemption process is open.
  • Exclusive Trifecta Pass Gear will be available on a first come first serve basis
  • Gear valued at $100 
• $50 One-time Merchandise Discount will be sent via email to the pass holder
  • Discount is a one-time use discount only, applicable to only one transaction
  • Merchandise limitations apply and may not be valid on purchases of Power Systems, RAMfit, TrueForm, Legendborne, iTab products, or Gift Cards
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions 
  • Valid until Dec. 31, 2023

Anything else I need to know?

There are a few other important details... 

• The purchase of the Trifecta Pass does not automatically register you for any particular event or guarantee entry to any event, or heat
  • Please read the above for instructions on how to use your pass to register for an event
• Trifecta Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable
• Registrations purchased with your Trifecta Passcode cannot be used to enter or upgrade to other events (City, Trail, Ultra, HH, HH12HR, Agoge)
• After the purchase of the Trifecta Pass, the racer is still responsible for the racer add-on fees upon registration for the specific event
  • These fees are charged per event
• Trifecta Passes can be applied to any time block
• Completed registrations cannot be retroactively credited towards the Trifecta Pass
• If you signed up for a race and need to transfer, the standard transfer fees and timelines apply
  • You can only transfer to the same race type (Sprint to Sprint for example)

• The 2023 Trifecta Pass is only valid for races through December 31, 2023
  • • If you do not use your pass to register for all three distances, they will not carry over to the following years
• If you're looking to complete an official Trifecta, all races must be completed during the official time period. All details can be found here.
