⚠️ Warning: Deletion is Permanent (What You Lose)
Before you proceed, please understand that account deletion is completely irreversible. Once your data is purged from our systems, it cannot be recovered by customer service.
By deleting your account, you will permanently lose access to:
Race History & Results: All past finishes and official times will be wiped.
Trifecta Progress: Any earned or pending Trifecta history will be erased.
Purchased Photos: You will no longer be able to retrieve photos associated with your account.
Active Tickets & Credits: Any unused race tickets, credits, or passes will be deleted without a refund.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To protect your security and privacy, our support team cannot accept standard email requests to delete accounts. You must verify your identity through our secure form.
Open and complete the official Spartan Subject Access Request Form.
Provide the requested information so our privacy team can verify your identity and locate the correct personal data.
Submit the form to queue your account for permanent removal.
Processing Timeline
30-Day Window: Your information and account details will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your form submission.
No Confirmation Email: To ensure complete data erasure, you will not receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Once the 30 days have passed, your login credentials will simply no longer work, and your data will be gone.
