Coronavirus/COVID-19: Will it affect my Spartan event?

July 28, 2020 Update:

As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the United States and after ongoing discussion with state governments and health experts, we’ve made the necessary decision to cancel all remaining 2020 U.S. Spartan obstacle course races and trail events. It was a difficult decision to make, but we believe it’s better to prioritize safety now so we can rally towards the incredible season we have planned in 2021. 

If you were signed up for a 2020 race, you will receive an email with a code for a 2021 race of equal distance or less. In addition you will receive a bonus 2021 race entry (any distance, Open Heats only), limit one per customer. Codes are valid until 12/31/2020. If your email did not contain a transfer code, please see instructions below for claiming your race credit. 

If you would like to cancel your race credits and receive a $100 merchandise credit instead, please submit this form. 

Special Instructions: If you were signed up for one of the following select races, your deferral instructions will differ slightly. Please follow the instructions below:

  • March 21 Las Vegas
  • April 4 Charlotte
  • April 4 Atlanta
  • April 4 Seattle North
  • April 25 Tri-State New Jersey
  • May 2 Jacksonville
  • May 2 Montana
  • May 16 Boston
  • May 31 Chicago
  • June 13 Tri-State New York
  • June 13 Fort Carson - Colorado Springs
  • June 27 State Farm Stadium
  • July 11 Notre Dame Stadium
  • July 18 Angels Stadium

How To Claim Your Credit For the Above Races:

  1. Log Into ChronoTrack
  2. Go under the Past events tab
  3. Click Change Race
  4. Select Defer Registration To Another Event
  5. After completing that, you will receive a code valid for another race. Please allow up to 48 hours for the code to be active. 

Your code will be valid for a 2021 race of equal distance or shorter. Codes expire 12/31/2020.
