I registered for a race with a volunteer code, but now I can't make it. What do I do?

We get it - life happens! 

 

If you registered for a race using a volunteer credit and can't make your race, email us at volunteer@spartan.com before the date of the race. Our Customer Service team will withdraw you from the race, and we'll get you a new credit. Your new credit will be the same kind of credit you used originally. 

 

If you email us at volunteer@spartan.com after the date of the race, letting us know you weren't able to make your race, our Customer Service team will withdraw you from your missed race and we will issue you a credit good for 50% a future race. 

 

If you've already paid to defer your race and received a credit for $0, email us at volunteer@spartan.com. Our Customer Service team will refund your deferral and we will issue you a new credit. Your new credit will be the same kind of credit you used originally.
