To do this, please ensure you’ve installed the Spartan app on your iPhone or iPad and that Health Data access is granted.To enable this on your device, open the Health App, select Sharing, select Apps and Services, select Spartan, and click Turn On All.
Then, open the Spartan app on your device and select More, Connected Devices, Apple Watch, and Connect Apple Watch.
