How do I view the status of my membership?
From the Spartan App, click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner and select Membership.
How do I make changes/cancel my membership?
To make changes to your Spartan+ membership, you must do so on the same platform you subscribed to.
WEB
If you subscribed via the web, please log on to your Spartan Account to make changes:
- Choose "Settings" from the menu in the upper right corner
- Scroll down and look for the Spartan+ section
- Click "Manage Subscription"
APPLE
If you subscribed via Apple, please follow the steps below on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Spartan App
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Select ‘Confirm’ to confirm your cancellation to Spartan+
ANDROID
If you subscribed via Google Play, please follow the steps below on your Android device:
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon on the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
- Select Spartan
- Select Cancel subscription
- Complete the prompts to cancel
Deleting your Account (for iOS Users)
If you wish to cancel your subscription, deleting your account will not do this for you. You must cancel your subscription before deleting your account to ensure your account does not renew moving forward. Deleting your account is permanent and can not be undone. Once you delete your account, we can not locate an active subscription, assist with any payment requests, restore your data or account history, or provide any information regarding your subscription.
If you wish to proceed with Deleting your account (iOS users only), you can do so by following the steps below:
- Open the Spartan+ app
- Click on your Avatar at the top right-hand corner
- Select Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Select DELETE to confirm account deletion
Can I pause my membership?
No. The Spartan+ membership does not support this at this time.
