What are the expectations for volunteering?

We staff our festival and race operations based on your friendly faces and participation!  We depend on you, and our racers do, too!

1. Timeliness
1. In Rosterfy you will be able to see your shift start time(s) for the event(s) that you’re volunteering at.
2. We ask that each and every volunteer show up on time in order to ensure that our morning check-in process runs smoothly. 
3. In the case that you’re running late, please make sure to drive safely, and find the volunteer area upon arrival.  We look forward to seeing you! 
2. Fulfill your entire volunteer shift
1. Upon selecting your shift(s), please verify that you will be able to stay for the duration of your shift. 
2. Shift time may vary slightly, and will be confirmed in your confirmation email the week of the event.
3. You will not be eligible to receive your perks if you cannot stay for the duration of your scheduled shift.
3. Flexibility 
   1. Although our shift(s) are selective, we do ask for flexibility, as event needs may change. 
   2. You may be asked to help out in an area different from your shift preference.
   3. Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we are happy to make adjustments as needed.
