What is the average shift time I can expect?

Shift time varies.

Regular race day shifts are 8 hours long. Full-day shifts are 12 hours long. An entire spartan day is typically 430-5:30 am- 8-9 pm. Your shift hours will be confirmed in your confirmation email, for the week of the race.
