Volunteer Merchandise Codes

MERCHANDISE CODES ARE GIVEN TO FULL-DAY, LOAD-IN, BUILD, OR LOAD-OUT SHIFTS ONLY. 

1. 1. You will receive (1) merchandise code per shift for:
      • LOAD-IN, BUILD & LOAD-OUT VOLUNTEERS
      • $50 per shift
   2. You will receive (1) merchandise code per shift for:
      • FULL-DAY VOLUNTEERS (12-HOUR SHIFT):
      • $60 per shift
   3. You will NOT receive a merchandise code for VOLUNTEER SHIFTS LESS THAN 12-HOURS:
      • $0 -  not applicable

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Merchandise codes are sent out via email by E-marketing on the Friday following race weekend and expire on the last day of the year: 12/31/23.

Merchandise codes cannot be reissued. Excludes Power Systems, Ram Rollers, Gift Cards, iTab, Custom Jersey, Membership items

IMPORTANT REMINDER: 

You MUST check out with the Volunteer Coordinator at the end of your shift to receive your perks! You will not receive these perks if you do not complete your entire volunteer shift.
